In my first 3D project in Unity, I took on all aspects of development, from modeling and texturing to programming and visual effects. This project allowed me to apply a wide range of skills in a fully integrated environment.
Modeling, Texturing, and Lighting of the Environment: I designed and modeled the game environment, creating all the scene elements. I used advanced modeling and texturing techniques to develop a detailed and visually appealing setting. Additionally, I implemented a lighting setup that enhanced the game's atmosphere, adjusting light intensity and angles to create the appropriate ambiance.
Character Design, Texturing, and Animation: I handled the design and modeling of the main character and three enemies. Each of these characters was textured and animated to provide a dynamic gameplay experience. I created smooth animations for the characters' actions and movements, ensuring each had distinctive and realistic behavior.
Gameplay Mechanics Programming: I programmed all the game mechanics in Unity, including character control, enemy AI, and interaction with the environment. I developed game systems that allow for an interactive and challenging experience, integrating functionalities seamlessly to provide smooth gameplay.
Particle Effects: I designed and implemented the game's particle effects, such as explosions and visual effects for character abilities and actions. These effects added an extra level of dynamism and visual appeal to the game, enhancing the overall user experience.
This project provided me with a comprehensive view of the 3D game development process in Unity, allowing me to combine my skills in modeling, texturing, animation, programming, and visual effects to create a complete and cohesive gaming experience.
